dumplings again, but I posted it again because I made my own pastry this time after finding pre-made "skin" out of stock. The result is irregular-shape-dumplings, and time consuming. It is interesting to start something from zero, but I will not be interested to do it any more hehe

女人的工作間

I work in a coffee house in New foundland, in exchange for free house and meals. The house , the coffee house are all occupied by women, from 16 year-old to 60 year-old staffs and housemates. 

Women at work of such a big age difference, the main feeling I have is,  the working envoronment is very polite, no swear words, many "excuse-me" and "thanks", at the same time, everyone trys to show others she is working hard...a very typical female mindset.  ( think of those days in kindergarten where every girl wants rabbit stamp in their report card)

It is funny to be one of them, doing no matter big or small things seriously, everything is tidy and neat ( you can see the tables covered with plastic ), but I miss the days where there are some men suggesting creative, bizzare, dumb or funny ideas too.
