new foundland is a fish island, cod, lobster, scallops, oysters, salmon are all local gourmet. japanese people are smart, they will come all the way to buy mackerel and caplin (small fishes where whales love most).
After cousulting few local people, I bought a fresh local lobster at supermarket. the stall keeper is a friendly blue eyed man, when asked what is the best way to cook them, he said, just steam or boil it with some salt.
And so I tasted my best ever lobster! No garlic butter, no lemon, no cheese, no chicken stock, just salt and water. I just can't be a vegetarian...
Yummy! Same here, love seafood too much! Can't be a vegetarian! Haha
ReplyDelete:O~~~~~
ReplyDeletehe is a wise old man. fresh seafood is most excellent to be steamed....
ReplyDeletehow much is the lobster?
500g, $10 ($78 HKD)
ReplyDeleteit is the smallest one i can get, but it is a perfect size for my consumption
I love lobster too, let me ask mum to try steaming....
ReplyDeletevisually, eating a whole animal is cruel, boiling it from live to dead is horrible. but i think we should not feel any better in eating a steak.
ReplyDeletei would feel good to be a vegetarian, but i think i can never do it, so i am targeting to consume as less meat as possible.
