Out of the desire of making, the want of feeling useful and the real need to fill the tummy, I cook.
And so sometimes a bowl of egg yolk without the white, some cooked apples, butter cut in small cubes, half mug of evaporated milk would be seen in the fridge idling...
Many times the works involved would surprise me, for I pay only HK$4 to the bakery for an egg tart.
I know it is mass production, but after all, an egg is an egg, milk is milk, flour is flour.
